Pros

There is a lot of opportunity and room for growth, Talent is recognized.

Cons

A little unorganized, onboarding process is a bit bumpy, feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations, left previous employment to join Amtrust since they offered 4 work at home days and less than 3 months in and I have been informed that work at home days will be reduced to 2.

Pros

Compared to the burning building before, Amtrust is like a breath of fresh air. Management is caring, motivating, and forward thinking. AmTrust is a very transparent company and as an employee it is very much appreciated.

Cons

none but it's mandatory to fill out this slot.
