Work from home. Competitive salary. Lots of holidays. Decent PTO. It’s a challenging fast-paced environment that allows employees to grow. I feel respected and appreciated.

Cons

The systems can be challenging. The growth is great for development opportunities but also requires lots of adaptability.

Pros

Good work culture. Team members were nice and welcoming. Office space was refurbished to the highest standards. Felt very welcome.

Cons

The systems were but outdated and there was a good pipeline to move them to current gen tech. But management did a u-turn to instead focus on support (BAU) tickets. Plus all the cloud tech were only expanded in the US and there was much hesitation to do the same in UK. And they was a great emphasis to bring people back to work against the wishes and opinions of a considerable amount of workforce.
