      Pros

      Fast growing company, great place to launch your insurance career.

      Cons

      Stop growing by acquisitions and start to grow organically... Growing to fast is what got you in trouble in the first place with all of the "negative-noise" surrounding the organization.

      Pros

      I love the scheduling flexibility and being able to work from home. I also love not being micromanaged by my manger. We have 18 company holidays as well as 18 days PTO starting off as a new hire depending on your date of hire.

      Cons

      It seems like you work your tail off and you aren't compensated for it. Promotions are few and far between. The managers don't really have a grasp on what their subordinates do in order to provide accurate compensation.
