      Pros

      My teammates and bosses are great! Easy to work with. Supportive. Flexible and they try to balance the work load. They challenge me but make sure I have the support and tools I need. Teammates are willing to help each other out. I've been really happy with everyone I have worked with here.

      Cons

      Like a lot of accounting jobs there is overtime work especially during the quarters and yearend.

      The hours were flexible! The pay was good and the overall culture of the company exhibits diversity.

      There needs to be better organization within the company.
