      Pros

      They love their employees, take care of us, spoil us, and have good practices in place for quality management, at least on the IT side. I've never felt so valued by a corporation and appreciated by my immediate boss and the 3 levels above him.

      Cons

      Waiting for an elevator up at 8:30 in the morning or an elevator down at 5:00 in the afternoon. It is difficult to work for a company that implements processes and standards without the input of the people directly affected by and using the system. It creates a divide in the work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, helpful management, friendly coworkers, great benefits. My position offers a great amount of independence and flexibility but still offers the perfect amount of support and encouragement to be successful. I have been with AmTrust for 5 weeks and am excited for many years to come!

      Cons

      Company offers free parking but the parking lot is 4 blocks away, I don't mind because it gets me on my feet. If you opt out of the free parking they will offer you a monthly stipend for you to choose a closer lot.
