Cons

Need to improve cross-functional collaborations, and establish a team-oriented work environment that fosters the sharing of information. This will help to achieve goals/objectives more efficiently and effectively; and create job satisfaction and improve morale. Also, lower salary ranges.

My manager was never there through out the four months. The training was very basic, as the trainees explained they were working on it.
