      Pros

      They gave me my first IT opportunity after finishing my degree. Learned to code in VB.NET as I only knew C#

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism played. Low salary for an IT position especially with the amount of work we got. I personally felt like I was bugging my manager when asked her a question. Mind you I never really asked her for much.

      Good pay, great people. Relaxed environment if you do your job. I would recommend to anyone looking for a claim job.

      Cons

      These positions are a heavy caseload. You have to be motivated to stay up to date. The communication is not the greatest.
