STAY AWAY YOU ARE BEING FED A BUNCH OF LIES. The morale is so bad that even the supervisors are on looking for jobs on empWhen supervisors are online looking for jobs it is clear. loyment web sites. It is a running joke that PS will sit in her office and Google job sites. I have walked in on her and so have others. If you need a dream, come, they will sell you oneBonuses are based on I achievable goals and raises are done yearly in June. If you start after January 1st you do not qualify for a raise and you have to wait until next July.

Cons

This would take allay and it is not worthy of my time and energy. Closed door rules. Meetings held for supervisors and management only then you're told do it no questions allowed.

Great pay. Many improvements being implemented as company grows. Good benefits. Laid back environment. Good bonus. Good systems. My manager was very flexible.

Cons

Growing too fast. What's wrong with 15% growth for a 6 billion dollar company. Could use more structure. What does it have to be 40%?

Work load only has two modes: too busy and nothing to do. Its possible to go months without work Teams do not directly interact nor do they like each other, this causes serious stagnation in work flow Management is often too hands off, and personal issues between coworkers often become huge issues
