Good work culture. Team members were nice and welcoming. Office space was refurbished to the highest standards. Felt very welcome.

Cons

The systems were but outdated and there was a good pipeline to move them to current gen tech. But management did a u-turn to instead focus on support (BAU) tickets. Plus all the cloud tech were only expanded in the US and there was much hesitation to do the same in UK. And they was a great emphasis to bring people back to work against the wishes and opinions of a considerable amount of workforce.

In my first six months, the support I’ve received has been exceptional, with onboarding and training that have fully prepared me for stepping into this industry. There is strong guidance around regulatory compliance, and the culture is incredibly friendly, caring, and supportive on a day‑to‑day basis. The organisation feels collaborative and non‑hierarchical, with everyone working together toward shared goals. I’ve already seen genuine investment in people and in the long-term development of the business, and I’ve had the chance to be involved in new initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and driving technology improvements to support future growth. The location itself is also a lovely place to work.
