Pros

You are employed and have a paycheck

Cons

There is no growth for nurses and it was verbalized by the COO. No growth for management in nursing. COO thinks the nurses gave up on medical field.

Pros

From the moment I joined AmTrust, I was welcomed with a warmth and sincerity that immediately set the company apart. Every interaction from day one reinforced the sense this is a workplace built not just on talent, but on heart. The people are incredibly smart and capable, but equally important, they are empathetic, generous with their time, and truly committed to lifting each other up. Their dedication to employee well-being is also remarkable. The wellness program is thoughtful and robust — with an impressive range of resources, team-building activities, fun challenges, biomedical screenings, and more — all designed to support both physical and mental health. The focus on work/life balance is real and refreshing. You’re encouraged to work hard, be present, and do your best — but also to step away when needed, take a walk, grab a coffee with a colleague, and fully disconnect at the end of the day. AmTrust has created something rare: a place where you can grow, contribute meaningfully, and still feel grounded and whole. I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of it.
