Pros
There are so many great things about working at AmTrust. The Cleveland location is within walking distance to the best parts of downtown including restaurants, parks, Progressive Field, the lake, bars and concert venues. The vibe of the office feels like you’re working at a startup. I have the flexibility to, for the most part, make my own schedule and set my own deadlines while balancing my free time.
Awesome PTO & full benefits which is a nice change of pace from my last job. My managers and co-workers are nice, fun and personable. I'm excited to be at a company that has plenty of room for growth and matches your skillset to what you want to be doing in the long run.
Cons
It can be intimidating at first and sometimes stressful or scary to work in an entrepreneurial environment but once you get the hang of it, you won't want to go back to a regular work/life culture.
