Decent pay compared to other companies for an entry level position.

Cons

The constant changes tack on more duties on to the adjuster position. Not enough support from management - micromanaging makes the job unbearable.

Some coworkers are willing to help.

Cons

Corporate office doesn’t know things that are being said. Low level management gossip about employees. Training is mostly nonexistent. People who we are supposed to go to for questions are not interested. Tools to succeed are not provided.
