AmTrust really knows how to treat their employees by having great benefits, growth, and career development. Each manager has taken time to share and care throughout my career here.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a downside, but the learning and development team has been a little different than other companies I have worked with.

Healthy work life balance, work remote or Concord Office location, team environment with supportive supervisor with pushing for growth/career growth and overall working for the company is very rewarding to be a part of long term.

Cons
