Pros

The amazing employees, The ability to grow and thrive. The feeling of belonging and being appreciated. The flexibility of balancing work and home life. The interaction with the "higher ups" and being kept up to date with what is happening within the company. Having many sources to reach out to if in need. Having the networks to join to learn and share experiences with.

Cons

Not having more interaction with employees in other locations. Not giving all employees the same holiday schedule due to "business needs".
