Pros

As a new employee, there was nice onboarding, benefits, company information that feels like a more mature mid size company. There is also a more small company spirit in the problems that need to be solved, and how to solve them.

Cons

There is a lack of leadership transparency and silos of businesses and cliques of people that creates a lower trust environment, particularly outside of my business unit.

I haven't worked here for very long (three months) but so far, it's been great. The people are great and it's a very entrepreneurial environment.

Cons

Internal communication needs to improve. There are a lot of employees and sometimes I don't know what everyone's role is at the company.
