Pros

Remote hybrid work, lots of holidays.

Cons

Rigid in break times, 80+ calls per day. Management does not care about call center people. They give holidays and then require you to work.

Good company to work for if you can take it

Pros

The pay is better than I have seen and very generous days off.

Cons

Management/leadership is not strong. People who make the decisions, don't seem to take the word of the people that do the actual work, which leads to overworked/overwhelmed employees and poor morale.
