Decently good company to work for

Pros

Lots of diversity here. Love the Bonus Incentive at the year end. Nice to have parking and cell phone reimbursement.

Cons

Have to work downtown, required to be in office 3 days a week. The yearly wage increase is terrible no matter what your performance is.

Great company to gain knowledge and experience then move on to something worth while.

Cons

The systems are very outdated and inefficient. Management some times negatively effects work flow by prodding over results too much.
