Pros

Family enviorment The owners truly value all of their employees and work directly with everyone. The office staff in Mesa, Az are amazing! Kim and Kris have directed their company with exceptional standards and expectations. Margie is truly an asset to their team and is very warm and friendly when you call. They are flexible and understanding and never make you feel bad for having to call out of work.

Cons

Health insurance - I would have to pay to a second contracted company causing me more money out of my pocket expense. I wish the company paid a portion of your insurance.

Pros

No supervision. They basically only keep track of you clocking in and out as well as the input of shift tasks.

Cons

Make sure you know everything there is to know about the job before you start, because you will not be getting any support. None of the office staff even know what I look like.
