Not the best, but not the worst

Pros

A lot of great clients; they give you scrubs with AMADA sewed on and they give you a ID badge which makes the company look professional

Cons

Areas were a bit out of the way, usually in Laguna Woods; pay wasn't the best, did not do evaluation or attempt review for pay raise; for me, there were always problems with getting my check; staff was constantly changing; had a lot of issues with not being able to find address/miscommunication; only had one way to sign in - clients phone; no benefits, insurance or retirement plan; no bonuses; no caregiver recognition

Pros

The pay. That's all, the only good thing.

Cons

I took the job because they bragged about how good they are about communication but it's incorrect. They put me with a client who was doing drug deals in front of me and I'm guessing she's still a client, even though they said they drop people for that. They also have clients with severe dementia that need EXPERTS and they expect to throw someone in that has NO TRAINING because they don't do that either. My second replacement client was an abusive woman and they didn't even tell her why she kept having to change caregivers. They don't have Healthcare, and when I asked about it, I was ignored.
