Pros

Paid Training, employee recognition is great, great management team, lots of hours and work opportunity, flexible hours, hourly pay is good, bonus program, referral bonus paid for referring both caregivers and clients.

Cons

Lots of Competition for jobs within the company because they employees do many caregivers. If you don't accept the job fast when they post it some will grab the shift.
