Pros

Flexible hours Good pay for a caregiver Clients were amazing, and so we're the staff for the most part.. They do training!

Cons

Hours were all over. But they always had something..but if they did..it may be a farther drive. Sometimes the staff were unorganized or forgot who you were..

Pros

If you work with your bosses, they will work with you. If you're dependable, they will help you out when you need it. Can be fairly laid back. They'll work around other jobs and school schedule.

Cons

You'll get last-minute requests to work. If you wake up sick before a 6am shift, be prepared to go in anyway. You cannot just up and leave a shift because of an "emergency" so if your living situation might demand that you be able to, not a good idea. Unreliable work schedule, you can be dropped from a client without any notice whatsoever. Might be working 80 hours one week and 8 hours the next.
