Cons

The executive members of the bank are not experienced to be leading the bank and don’t have the background and of skills. They are two faced, favoritism, manipulative, unprofessionally. If you have the connection with the top , you will succeed and promoted without experience and get paid big money along with a big bonus. If you don’t have the connection, you are a slave there.

Bank’s mission and core values are reflective of what is needed in our current societal climate. They’re leading and building initiatives. Socially responsible.

Cons

Growth is stagnant, no employee incentives. Upper management focuses on upper management growth with very little regard for talented lower level employees. No work life balance. Salary is subpar. High stress levels and no team support.
