Bank’s mission and core values are reflective of what is needed in our current societal climate. They’re leading and building initiatives. Socially responsible.

Cons

Growth is stagnant, no employee incentives. Upper management focuses on upper management growth with very little regard for talented lower level employees. No work life balance. Salary is subpar. High stress levels and no team support.

Union for all employees PTO slight opportunity for growth

Cons

Managers have to much lead way to use the broad rules as a form of control Power trip most of the time The company structures leads to a lot of favoritism. Unfair PTO schedule it is based on seniority, so if you are new to the Company you pick last. Same people get the same holidays every year (super unfair/unrealistic to expect people to be satisfied with this structure) Pushes new/younger people out.

Not a lot of overtime. Work hours were no more than 40 hours. Aim to please their customers. Great bank for senior citizens.

Cons

Very unfriendly and rude culture. Staff lacks empathy and warmth. Not a team player for new employees. Extremely juvenile culture with a hostile environment. Technology is very outdated.
