      Amalgamated Sugar Company has been a great place to work for I've been with the company for almost nine years and my husband also works for Amalgamated his going on eight years and we both plan to retire from Amalgamated!

      Don't have anything negative about Amalgamated; it's been such a great company to work for.

      Pros

      I've been here for a little over a month and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, making it a great place to work. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being. The company supports work life balance! I have no regrets coming to Amalgamated Sugar!

      The onboarding process could be more comprehensive.
