Pros

The people are the best part besides the high pay (as far as interns go). Genuine, down to earth, and willing to help however they can.

Cons

Communication. They are very bad at communicating and making sure everyone is on the same page. Nobody would clearly tell me what my internship project even was until a few weeks in.
