      There are no pros at all!

      Cons

      A terrible terrible work environment. Rude, grumpy managers. Horrible, condescending upper management. And you’re basically working for the Russian government- owner is a complete jerk. Tip book is never updated, staff cafeteria is disgusting. Your uniform will be constantly stolen and come back horribly damaged. Just….. avoid. Awful.

      Compensation. That's it. Everything else is cons.

      Destructive culture - no company culture Employees and Leaders - 3 month employment longevity Bullying and harrassing atmosphere. Toxic environment. Suggestion: great summer job to gain experience. Employee Housing is intolerable. HR is not a cohesive group. HR talks poorly of mgmt and employees. Mgmt inappropriate physical behavior will staff. Staff member is fired. Higher mgmt stays.
