Flexible Hours. Good Benefits. Overall friendly people that care about co-workers. Fun environment that is pleasant to work in.

Cons

Change without communication of why the changes are occurring. Many administrative changes recently have left many people confused, disoriented, and unhappy.

Cons

Incredibly racist leadership that has a strong bias against certain ethnic backgrounds. You will be harrased until you leave.

About the only pro to AC is the benefits

Cons

No advancement opportunities at all unless you have a degree and are friends with the right people. This company doesn’t give you a chance to advance by working hard Pay is poor for lower level workers- Upper scale workers with degree get decent pay
