The benefits are good. Work/life balance is better than most jobs

Cons

No opportunities for growth No chance for pay raises beyond yearly 2-3% increase that everyone receives Pay is below average No incentive to work hard. What's the point if colleagues who don't pull their weight, make more than me while my contributions are ignored. HR runs the place
