Pros

The leadership principles really is the key component of the culture. Great career opportunities, cutting-edge technology, work environment, salary and benefits. You get shares, reimbursement for phone, etc.

Cons

If you try to take on every challenge thrown at you, probably you will feel overwhelmed. Be careful setting your pace.

Pros

Very smart and highly skilled people on the team. A lot to learn from them especially if you're a graduate new hire. Not a conventional support role where you send pre-framed responses. Every case poses unique challenges and one will learn something new every day.

Cons

A major contribution to performance evaluation is customer ratings which hurts the employees since most of the low ratings are baseless and due to the client's frustration with their inability to read the terribly written documentation. And, the funny thing is, the management thinks a customer gave 2 stars due to the engineer not greeting the client, or some other silly reason.
