good salary great opportunity to learn very helpful team members friendly managers good work/life balance right amount of flexibility a lot of new challenges

Cons

your metrics depend on customer rating, which does not reflect the quality of your work. Customer are not generally happy when they open a case because it means there is an issue. So most of them don’t give any ratings, and some of them give a bad one because they are angry with the issue they are having and not the quality of your correspondence.

Great work environment, team, location, vision, and principles. Every day you get to learn something new from few of the most talented people I have come across.

Cons

No major concerns I can think of. There is a little bit of bureaucracy we run into at times but I guess that's common in most big companies.
