Pros

Good benefits, 401k plan, pay weekly, and blue badge opportunities.

Cons

Amazon will hire anyone that applies for a warehouse job, bad house management leaders and immature ambassadors that that has no rights being in that position. They don't try to help you as they should be doing. They need to weed out the associates that don't work and stand around talking.

Pros

Straight forward job, Relaxed Environment, Flexible hours

Cons

As a flex worker you need a minimum of 1 shift a month which sounds easy, but when its slow/ too many people are hired its almost impossible to get shifts.
