      None. Other than easy to get hired.

      Cons

      Completely ignorant and racist people. Very few caucasians for some reason. No telephone line support just email. Warehouse people are rude idiotic.

      Sounds great, I was looking to try it out before I jumped in to their new program as an independent business with Van's etc..

      Cons

      Haven't even been able to start, followed all the steps up to where they check drivers license and background check. After 3 weeks trying to get answers, contacted their background vendor, they have no request from Amazon. Obviously the request is stuck on cloud nine. When I try to e plain to customer support they give you a can message answer. I give up. I've been in transportation business all my life
