Pros

I've been driving for Amazon's blacks Portland Oregon for just short of 2 months. I like the flexibility I was able to bring on my grandson to help me deliver packages and we share a 3rd of the profits from each one goes to each of us and then the car . 2 packages Showed deliver but not received by the customer. one i think they found. 1 of them they say they didn't find but I was not fired .

Cons

Amazon you should send a picture or a GPS of the location where package was lost so the driver can look at it and maybe change the way they deliver to that address the next time. Also you need to change the way you do your blocks. It used to be that when you reserve a block you got one of the earlier blocks starting at 9:00 or 9:30 now they're showing up 10:10-11 to 11:30. and that screws up my ability to get another block later in the afternoon where I'm having to work till 9. I have noticed that it's hard to get an early block on Monday so when I refuse of lock for the 1130 hour I often times don't get anything at all-but I still wanna leave my option open for an earlier block so I continued to decline hoping for that earlier slot. Now it would have been nice if you had broadcasted that you were going to be closed July 4th.

Pros

Nothing, this job is flat out Terrible

Cons

Would give this job a -10/10 First day working for amazon flex package delivery and already hate it. It was a 4 hr shift with 61 packages that needed to be delivered. Take into count that you have to scan all 61 packages, load them up and when delivering rescan the package and deliver it. Lots of wear and tears to the car Stopping every other block, putting car on brake, taking off seat belt and finding a package in your car is a big hassle and might cause damage to your car due to moving the paddle shifters for more than 100 times within the 61 deleveries. Note that they are only paying $18/hr for this crap. And if you work for amazon prime they are paying $18/hr plus tips with around 2-3 deleveries per hour here in Seattle. In 4 hours that's 12 food deliveries compared to 61 package deleveries.
