Pros

More consistent income than other gig work. Flexibility in work times. Freedom to work as you please and how you please while out. Slight possibilities of being paid but having little to no deliveries to make.

Cons

Attempting to get a block is a full time job in an of itself since you have to sit and tap for hours on end. Extremely hard to get blocks without the use of bots. Lots of unworthy and low paying blocks. Unfair situations defaulting to the last in line ie you as the driver (such as packages that didn’t go out previously are now all late and you’re faulted even though you showed up on time and delivered efficiently). Lots of station employees and or station security with superiority complexes can be extremely rude. Can have very far delivery areas as well as very far delivery stops and can be in non ideal terrains (dirt roads, muddy roads, no cell service etc)

Pros

The immediate management at the store were amazing for the most part. They really cared about people, which is difficult to do when there's not even an interview process to get in and literally all sorts of people are hired, and that really helps in a position like this. Job responsibilities weren't too difficult to manage, however during busy hours it required a lot of self direction in order to accomplish all the tasks that need doing.

Cons

Because there's no interview process, sometimes you work with people who aren't suited for the job or are simply difficult to work with. On the other end of things, it felt like any upper management not at the store hardly paid any attention to what was happening at the store, or they were just completely out of touch with what was happening. They would often suggest changes that were occasionally at odds with what the root issues were, or not give any attention to problems brought up at the store.
