      Pros

      This is a good way to earn some quick cash for gas or going out. Depending where you live this could either be very good or very bad.

      Cons

      Too good to be true for some. The routes are good in the beginning but after a few months Amazon's algorithm starts to send you out to farther amazon warehouses and you soon start to see less and less of closer warehouses. Soon you will hardly see them. You already spend 20 to 30 on gas so going out farther is no cost effective.

      Pros

      A very friendly place to work. Fast paced but supervisors, managers and everyone up the corporate ladder, care more about you doing the job safely than fast. They put the associates health and well being above the company's production level. Great company to work for, good pay, benefits and an awesome great way for their absenctism to be calculated in the form of points and they give you a generous amount from day one and each incidence falls off in 90 days. Also that's of opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      The flex facility does not have full time ,40 hrs per week, positions. Work week for new employees is only 3 days a week. If your looking for full time, then this facility is not for you, but they do have a full time facilities pretty close by .

      Pros

      Easy to get in and out of warehouse. Good organization and the employees are friendly and helpful all of the time. App always works and can be a life saver.

      Cons

      Have to be aggressive to get blocks. Not always a desirable route relative to your home. Once a block is selected you may not receive other blocks.
