Pros

Ability to choose your own schedule (convenient for a single mum with child in daycare). With many shift choices (5am through 7pm) Fair wage and random bonuses dropped in your bank account depending on the hours you work through out certain periods. Max 5 hour shifts. More hours you work the more paid time you accumulate. (Convenient use for running late to a shift or last minute appointment). In store shopper position was very light labor and that was appreciated.

Cons

No direct contact to a supervisior that can assist you with real-world problems that may affect your job. Everything regarding complaints, questions, concerns, etc is through the internet or OTP. VERY inconvenient as the people on the other side have no wiggle room and will follow their procedures to a T. Many times my concerns were side swept and there was no understanding. **If you cannot work due to COVID/child care issues, etc. DO NOT EXPECT THIS COMPANY TO CARE.** Point system that counts your infractions every month. Fairly easy to to comply with. But if you’re having a bad month don’t expect the point system to care. Loved my job and was terminated due to a missed shift. My child care closed due to COVID and it was a rough month trying to squeeze in shifts with no reliable child care. The month finally passed and my child was back in daycare. I missed a shift in the last week of the month and prayed it would be side swept due to the reset of the point system. A week later I received a termination letter through email. You can reapply after 365 days but I sure won’t. Don’t work here unless you’re a robot that doesn’t experience unfortunate and/or inconvenient events like other humans with no reliable outside support.
