Pros

This is a fast paced job where you are on your feet the entire shift fulfilling online orders. The time goes by quickly. Over all, co-workers are very nice. I really like the flexibility and the pay is fine for the skill level required for the job. My manager is great. Except for the extreme difficulty in getting shifts, this is a good part time job.

Cons

If you are part-time (it is difficult to get full time status) you must log in daily to fight for shifts. It is very stressful. The open shifts are pretty much gone within 5 seconds of when they display (not an exaggeration). Someone else said that competing for shifts is like the Hunger Games and that is pretty much true. The company hires too many workers for a small number of shifts. The company pays lots of lip service to valuing employees, but most workers feel totally expendable.
