Pros

Flexible job and decent pay. I work at the Ashburn, VA Whole Foods as an Amazon Prime Shopper. I enjoy it. It's an active, busy job

Cons

They hire too many shoppers. It's very hard to get shifts. Very little communication from manager. When an ordered item is out of stock, it takes a lot of time locating a store employee for assistance. We can't offer a substitution to the customer without a Whole Food employees' assistance. This wastes a lot of time. We are judged solely on our pick rate (number of items we pack per hour) and substitution rate.
