Pros

Everyone in my team is professional, they keep commitments, aiming to improvement themselves and best contribute to the company. My manager and 2nd line manager are optimistic to work. They can handle the pressure well.

Cons

They have KPI which is common, but if they consider service quality it will be better. Customer's satisfaction is they feel they are served with proper way, not how may cases they raised are closed.
