Pros

A lot of opportunity to move internally, domestically or internationally. Generally a very harmonious work environment. Ability to work on side interests such as affinity groups, sustainability and more.

Cons

Pay can be vastly different for the same role. Externals generally get paid more than internal promotions. Shares are included in overall compensation, so when they fall, so does your overall compensation.
