Pros

- Businesses are relatively autonomous - Leadership principals drive the right behaviors - Easy to change teams if you don't have the right fit

Cons

- Amazon has stopped taking risks and just focuses on the bottom line (this isn't the old AMZ) - If a business/product isn't doing well they lay off the whole team - Can be too top down in some teams
