Pros

* Work on projects which are seen by millions of customers * Generally very smart coworkers * Strong engineering and operations culture

Cons

* Experience is heavily dependent upon your organisation's management; bad managers appear to have a lot of leeway to ruin your life * Recent changes to management and policies (especially but not limited to return to office/return to hub) have significantly reduced trust in higher leadership, and overall satisfaction of staff * The "brutal performance culture" is not a joke and can feel arbitrary at times, which to some degree is accurate
