401K, Health Insurance, good experience on the resume

Cons

Complicated promotional process that could take years, Internal transitions doesn't qualify for pay raise regardless of job family/title. promotions from level to another around 10% increase in base salary. Exhausting reorganizational changes which is the main factor for slow to no promotions.
