The pay is top notch, vacation and benefits for the most part are good. Tons of roles and positions you can move into and fit your interests.

Cons

The more you move up in the company the less it is about your skills and the more it is about trashing your peers to make yourself look good.

-Great benefits (heatlhcare, stock options) -Challenging & rewarding work -Opportunity for promotion and exposure to all of Amazon's businesses -Flexible/accooodating work schedule & environment -No two days are ever the same! You wont get bored here :)

Cons

-Work hard (high performance expectations) -Navigating the organization (a lot of moving parts, a lot to learn) -U.S. vacation schedule is limited
