Pros

High salary, nice offices, good transport options for commuting.

Cons

Too many hours. Very bad manager who lack leadership qualities such as trust, confidence, respect for senior staff, etc. Not a place for senior folks (45+ years)

Pros

Amazon offers a wide variety of career opportunities, career development, and their benefits are also amazing. Stocks are also a wonderful plus.

Cons

It's very easy to get burned out. Everyone will try to squeeze you to the max to reach goals sometimes ridiculous. If you're prepared and able to push back this might be more of an annoyance but if you can't say no, it can become a nightmare.
