Your success there will depend largely on having a good manager. Overall, you are constantly being graded on your work, and it is to be expected that your manager's confirmation bias will heavily influence your annual reviews. After a while, it feels like The Hunger Games. The people who excel there tend to be the biggest hall monitors.
It's a great place to learn business, but very few will last long-term without heavy indoctrination.
