Amazon fresh is better

Pros

With Amazon fresh you don’t have mandatory overtime, instead they up the surge pay to make people come in. You work a minimum of 5 hours a day picking/ stocking groceries. You can work more if you want. They have very flexible scheduling. Basically pick your shifts everyday and to stay employed (currently) you need to show up 3 times a month.

Cons

Management can be passive aggressive sometimes, but they are just as temporary as you.
