Pros

Fair Pay Able to learn many skills Essential Worker Positions Holiday Pay It's great for something temporary. You get what they say they will pay you. Some will pay you weekly instead of bi-weekly. The holiday pay is pretty good. You can make a few good friends (maybe). It's a very simple job.

Cons

Terrible hours Terrible Management Hard to gain promotion High Turnover Rate Terrible HR experiences Most people will leave within 3 weeks. It is a company that doesn't care about you. I have been injured multiple times on the job from my body giving out to the strain of the work load. Most managers do not care about tou just your numbers. The compensation team for tour injuries and time off is complete garbage. They do pay you what they say they will when you are on leave. The ability to be promoted is almost impossible depending on what building you are in ( and what color you are). They say they will pay you more based on your performance...this is a lie. They want you to work like a machine all day even if items are more than 45lbs for 10 hrs not including overtime. Also it's a very simple job...very mind numbing with no headphones or music.
