Unrealistic expectations

Pros

Pay is good, not considering the labor. O/T, benefits, etc.

Cons

Extremely physical, micro managed, expected to go hyper speed at all times. If you take a drink of water a guy with a clip board appears behind you and gripes at you. Creepy.

Pros

Great benefits It’s easy to get the time off you need PTO/UPT/VTO and vacation time off Able to move up within the company Amazon believes in family time so holidays off or half a day is given They pay is good

Cons

Once you become negative with your time your are fired. The people can be rude and you could easy get in some type of drama Watch what you say to people because things can and will get token out of context Everyone start off at the same pay even if you have forklift experience
