Pros

Left alone and in charge of your own time off.

Cons

Everything else. Pay, managers, HR everything was bad.

Pros

Decent pay to start out. Easy to get the job, PTO, vacation and unpaid time available on day 1.

Cons

Raises are supposed to be every 6 months but only got 1 in a year and it was a whole 20 cents, which everyone received. I have multiple roles including problem solver, ambassador, I train, audit, resolve problems and kick-outs from smart pac machines, and slam, make sure priority packages go out on time...etc. but no raises with the sometimes extreme additional work and responsibilities. Difficult to keep a positive attitude when the employees you train are getting the same wage as you.
